Six Must Have Items In Your Bucket Bag

Six Must Have Items In Your Bucket Bag

If you’re used to hoarding things in a large bag like me, downsizing to something as small as a bucket bag for a day can be TOUGH sis.

It’s like a survival challenge, only pack what you absolutely need and nothing more! But that is truly easier said than done, however, not impossible. In today’s post, I’m going to share with you six must have essentials for the everyday bucket bag.

1. Lippie

I never leave the house without taking my lippie of the day with me. You don’t want to get caught slipping after grabbing a bite to eat or something to drink. In case your lipstick or lip gloss rubs off, it’s great to have one handy so you can reapply!

2. Perfume roller ball

Who doesn’t love smelling good? I do not believe in leaving the house without a few sprays of perfume. But Incase you’re in a rush, it’s great to keep a rollerball on hand so you can quickly apply it while in the car. I also keep one of these handy for whenever I feel like I smell like “outside” from running errands or being out all day (yes I’m one who believes it’s an actual smell lol). I’m currently using this one.

3. Small coin purse

This is probably one of the most crucial items to have. When carrying a small purse like a bucket bag, you want to create as much space as possible. Carrying your large normal-sized wallet won’t cut it. Instead, switch over to a coin purse like this one, and bring only your important cards that will be needed for the day and maybe some cash.

4. Charger

Need I say more? Necessity, necessity, necessity. Unless you’re okay with a dead phone.

5. Hair emergency kit

This right here is a lifesaver. It’s a small pouch filled with Bobby pins, ponytail holders and hair clips for any unexpected hair emergency that may happen on the go. I have this one in snakeskin, and I never leave the house without it. You know what they say, stay ready so you don’t have to get ready.

6. Small comb or brush

Also a lifesaver, because you just never know if Mother Nature will betray you throughout the day – and in case she tries it, no worries! This will definitely come in handy.

I’ve never really been a fan of small bags, but I absolutely love this one! It’s very stylish and roomy. I’m starting to realize that not every occasion calls for a big bag lol. So I’m glad I was introduced to this one!
